Well, he is just being a businessman here, isn't he? No "commercialing the Royal family" but just do what other manufacturers do too when having deals with supermarket chains regarding exclusive selling rights (f.i. Unilever or breweries do this all the time).
Either the Prince of Wales should be forbidden b Parliament to carry out any commercial activities (f.i. this Duchy range of products) or one has to accept the consequences of normal business routines).
I think that when(ever) he becomes King he should stop havin a direct involvement with all this (perhaps William or Harry can "succeed" him there). And Camilla should not be connected with the Duchy range either.
