What is you understanding of the world bida?
If you research this term ie bidaa you will soon discover that alot of things we do is bida, so what does this convay that we are kafir are commited kufr!
In the time of Hafiz Umer Bin Khatab the truthful, He may gods mercy be upon him conducted the Taravih prayer in jamaat, which was bida as it wasn't conducted in jamaat in the time of the Prophet SAW, therefore this action is bida. God forbid anyone calling Hafiz Umer a kafir on this account this was what is called bidaa hasna!
the only bida that is forbade is that in aqeeda (beliefs) which is bidaa mukafara
