talent to contribute to the forthcoming Conan video game.
Golden GlobeR winner and EmmyR-nominated
actor Ron Perlman lends his voice to the popular barbarian in the Conan
video game. Perlman is best known for his roles in films such as "Hellboy,"
"Blade II," "Enemy at the Gates," "Alien: Resurrection" and "The Island of
Dr. Moreau." He is also highly recognizable as "Vincent" from the cult
classic television series "Beauty and the Beast" and has appeared in
countless stage plays. In addition to his film, television and theater
credits, Perlman has served as a voice actor for many video games.
Susan O'Connor brings a wealth of talent to
the Conan video game as its chief storyline writer. An industry veteran for
nine years, she has worked with a variety of video game genres, including
real-time strategy, first person shooters, action adventure, role-playing
and massively multiplayer online games.
Michael Reagan has enjoyed a successful
career as an award-winning composer, songwriter and producer for film,
television and video games. In addition to his GrammyR Award-Winning and
Academy AwardR-nominated work, Mike recently received a 2007 Telly Award for
Best Use of Music in Television, the 2006 Academy of Interactive Arts and
Sciences Award for Outstanding Achievement in Music Composition, as well as
both the 2006 G.A.N.G. award for Music of the Year and the 2006 Aurora Award
for Individual/Creative Achievement for Original Score/Music.
and Xbox 360, Conan is an action adventure video game featuring a story of
adventure, true evil and brutal, visceral combat. Based on Robert E.
Howard's original stories, players will follow the journey of Conan the
Cimmerian as he fights an epic battle against a variety of enemies and an
elusive power that threatens to consume the Hyborian world. The Conan video
game joins a robust lineup of licensed products for the Conan brand, which
is currently celebrating the 75th anniversary of its first published story.
