It is with much regret I report that I have learned that Lee Bender passed away on March 22, 2004. Ted Rundall was able to locate Lee's obituary online. It is copied below.
Suddenly, March 22, 2004. Beloved husband of Margaret M. (nee Huber); dearest father of Larry (Susan) and the late Robert Bender; father-in-law of Maureen Bender; loving grandfather of Timothy, Kristin, Jacob, Kelly and Nicholas; great-grandfather of Cailin; brother of the late Donald Bender; brother-in-law of Joan Bender. The family will be present on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Cleveland Hill Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME INC., 569 Cleveland Dr., where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:15 AM and a Mass of Christian Burial from Infant of Prague Church at 10 AM.
