My uncle Robert Lee Peeler was a mechanic gunner in the VMB443 and is pictured in front of tail number 405--with his crew 1st LT TC Ballou, 1st LT RO Blaisdell, Tsgt JA Palmer, Corp DC Dade, and Ssgt AD Guardino--there is a G.D McGinnis listed as a Armorer Gunner from Philidelphia Pa but does not show a picture in the 443rd book--The 443rd was at Emirau Island. Does his logbook list aircraft tail numbers he flew on and dates? Ray
