Hi Terry
I have a Captain Peter Hayes in my family history born-1571 Great Budsworth,Chesire England Died-1641 in VA. Married a Margaret Howse-Sept.15,1591 in England.
They had a son named Peter whowas born appox.1660 in England & died Mar 3 1678 in Wight Co., VA. His wife is unknown.
They had a son named Peter(Sr.) born 1620 in Isle of Wight,Va and died1720 in same place. He married Elizabeth FlakeBorn on the Isle and died there too in 1721. They were married in 1699.
They had a son named Peter(Jr.)
I have more info a him but I don't have anything on any siblings for anyone.
Have you ever heard of Hayes Blackwater Plantation, Upper Perish, On the Isle?
