Posted by Katie Parker I am working for George Farant Todd in Seattle this summer, at a non-profit organization called Sailing Heritage Society. We take cancer patients, at-risk youth, victims of domestic, and other community groups sailing. The name of the sailboat used is the "Schooner Mallory Todd." It would be useful to the organization to understand the possible relationship of George Todd to Mallory Todd more completely. Any information that may be relevant would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to trace the genealogy of George Farant Todd to Captain Mallory Todd of Smithfield, Virginia. Cpat. Mallory Todd was born in Bermuda, settled in Smithfield in 1767, and started a ham curing business there.
