Benjamin Spivey Jr. was born 1786 in The Isle of Wright,VA. Can anyone give me information about him or his family? He married a Hannah(?) about 1798 and they moved to Georgia in the early 1800's. They had 11 children:
Benjamin, Hannah, James Ruffin, Gabriel, William, Henry, Matthew, Jordan, Mary, Charity and John all born in the early 1800's. I am trying to find out if Jordan, their son, is the Jordan Spivey who was born in 1807 in Georgia, died 1887, and married Sarah Chappell Twitty in Walton County, Georgia in December. 1828. He was my great great grandfather.
