I'm looking for information on these families that I believe have an Isle of Wight connection. Thomas Alley of VA was my 4th great grandfather, Catherine Amelia Chesnut b. NC, a descent of Alexander Chesnut, was my great-greatgrandmother, and Asa Holt Shepherd (Sheppard), b. GA and married to Catherine was my great, greatgrandfather. I'll appreciate any information you may have and will be glad to share what I have.
