I am searching for information on an early member of the IOW, Richard Ratcliff Sr. He was a predominant quaker and shows up in many records. I am especially interested in finding any land grants/tax/tithes information. I have one record showing seizure of 160lbs of tobbacco from him in 1704 by the high sheriff of IOW "for the Priest Andrew Monroe & other church rates." I have exhausted the Quaker records and am looking for anything more. A number of other researchers have named his father as a handful of different men and no source data, so I am going from scratch at this point back.
