Seeking information on the families of SIMON TURNER who married MARY (surname unknown). They had at least one daughter, MARY P. TURNER (b. 6-7-1818, Greensville Co., VA). According to her death notice in the Nashville CHRISTIAN ADVOCATE, she was orphaned as a child and went to live with her uncle and aunt, COL. HOWELL PEEBLES and his wife, HANNAH, who were living in NC.
Who were the parents of SIMON TURNER and who were the parents of his wife, MARY?
HOWELL PEEBLES married 6-20-1808, Greensville Co., VA, Mrs. HANNAH DARCY.
Was HOWELL PEEBLES a son of ROBERT and LUCY PEEBLES? Who was HANNAH DARCY?
