He's on the 1860 census as age 34, a wealthy attorney, living with his brother (?) Etheldred W., a physician. I assume his mn was Turner. He was electe a State Rep during the Civil War, and was lt. Col. 6th VA Infantry.
Do you have a more exact DOD for him, and/or burial place?
