I am interested in learning about John and Kate Smith, especially Kate. My grandmother was employed in the widow Kate Smith's home as a servant in 1930. My grandmother was in her employ for many years. I have heard stories of how Kate Smith arranged for my grandmother to catch the train or provided transportation for my grandmother to visit her family on weekends. Sure would like to correspond with anyone who remembers Kate or my grandmother, Sally Stith.
