I am looking for the parents of Charles Carter who was living in Cumberland county and married a Judith Carter of Lickinghole district Goochland. Yes, a Carter married a Carter. I am trying desperatly to find out who Charles's parents were and who Judith's parents were and any other information I can find on these families. I have the decendants down from this point but nothing prior to this. I know that Charles and Judith oldest son was Daniel Samuel Carter and I know he married first a Sally Farrar Anderson and then a Elizabeth Mayo but that is about it. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Linda
