Seeking any relevant information about the Minters of Goochland. Richard Minter married Elizabeth Perkins and later married Martha Scruggs. One of their children was Willis Scruggs Minter who married Caterine Anderson. Richard named no children in will, but strongly believe he had a son also by the name of Willis Scruggs Minter who married my ggrandmother, Mariah Baltimore after his first wife died.
