Do you know the names of William Powers parents? I have documented evidence to John "Jack" Powers in Frederick Cty., Va. He married Frances Whitehead of Amherst in 1792...my line. My brick wall, is who are the parents of John "Jack" Powers. There are Powers' in Harrison Cty. and a Major Powers there too which makes me think they are of the same family.
