I am searching for any information on JOHN TOLAR's ancestors. John was born 1-2-1792 in Goochland Co. and died in 1828 in Cumberland Co., NC. One report I have has his father listed as ROBERT TOALR, Sr. b. 1742, d.1787. The second has JOHN PHILLIP TOLAR, Sr. as his father. ON the first report, his grandfather is listed as WILLIAM TOLAR b. abt.1720 in Stanford, England. His mother is listed as ANN PARKER b. abt.1723 in England.
