I am looking for proof that Joseph Napier born 1808 in Goochland CO I belive, ST James Parish.was son of Edward Napier and Rachel Ely Napier.While Joseph was young they moved to Lee CO Virginia.Trying to help an 88 year old lady join the Daughters of the American Revulation.
