Looking for the parents and siblings of Dr. James Carter of Goochland, who married Sarah (Sally) Pleasant Logan in 1800 in Powhatan. Sarah's sister, Maria Virgnia Logn, married Robert Woodson and then William F. Carter (who may have been James' brother). Any information would be helpful.
