Posted by Gerald S. Craddock It is my understanding that St. James Northam Parish in Goochland included that area which would become Albemarle county, particularly St. Anne's Parish of Albemarle, in 1744. Could anyone verify this for me? I am looking for likely parents of John Craddock of Albemarle (1794-1860), St. Anne's parish, my GGgrandfather. John Craddock had a brother named Lewis b. 1789 Albemarle. Thanks for your help. Gerald S. Craddock jcradd@noln.com
