There is a Francis DeHart, 46, with wife Theresa, 25, listed in the 1880 U.S. Census of Petersburg, Dinwiddie County, (T9-1363 pg. 268A). Her birthplace is listed as NY and his birthplace is NJ. His occupation is baker. Seeking more information on their movements in Virginia; ultimately wish to locate death records and/or descendants, to prove Francis' parentage, thought to be William DeHart & Catherine ?? of Goshen, Orange County NY.
