I can't tell you if this is the case...but direct your research towards Amelia Co., VA or Johnston Co., NC. There was a Silvanus Johnson family in those areas. That is an unusual enough name that I wouldn't be surprised if they are connected. Contact me for further info! Carmen Johnson
