Posted by Barbara Wyche There is a bible in the Charlotte Moore Verell family, I believe. Charlotte married a Moody and her daughter Nancy married Thomas Saunders. In 1850 she is living with her daughter in Isle of Wight. I would like to have the data from this bible which would prove my Lucy's parentage. My ggggg-grandfather was John Verell, Sr. and I am descended from his son, John Verell, Jr. whose daughter Lucy married Stephen Spain about 1813.
