Hi Barbara,
I ran across your 2006 plea for help and am happy to announce that I have a packet of 7 papers that my twin sister sent for to the National Archives and it did not apply to our Reuben. Our's is Reuben Tucker b. 1760 North Carolina, m Candis Andrews in Randolph Co, GA and settled in Sumter Co., GA. Had 15 children and for the life of us we can't find Reubins' parents. I have the sneakest feeling that your Reuben is related somehow,cousins or whatever.
