As far as tracing the land after the Stainback's owned it. That's another subject..The records at Prince George are incomplete for they were burned during the Civil War.
I suspect the land to be in the area of Highway 35 (Courtland Road) where it crosses interstate 95 in Prince George County. This is base on a map which hung in the Prince George County Clerks Office that was dated early 1700's. It did show the land in the county by owners..The Rams's land was shown in Prince George but was located near the said highway close to Dinwiddie County. Don't remember at this time who it showed as owner of land east of the Ram's land. The map was made prior to the Stainback's owning the land.
