I saw your message as I am looking for information about Jones Gill, my ancestor, who was born in Charles City county about 1764. His son, Jones A. Gill, had a son born in 1839 in Charles City county but his name was Theoffelas P. Gill. He served in the military between 1861 to 1865, CSA 15th Inf., Co.A I do not have the date of his death but he perhaps was killed in the war.
