I am researching the family of John and Dorothy Harris who were at West and Sherley Hundred in 1623. Are there estate records and court records of the 1600s in the courthouse there? If so I would make the trip to see them. If not do you know where the early records might be found. I understand that John died in Charles City Co about 1638. Any help appreciated
