Vicki- I am also a descendant of Lt. John Gibbs (through the Barnett/ Bernard family). I would appreciate you FAXing me if you have proof and don't mind sharing it. I have found similar information; but, have also read conflicting information about Lt. John in that he was listed among the victims of an Indian massacre a couple years after he arrived in Jamestown. Thank you for any help you can give me.
