Hi - Jack Hockett here - Collegeville, PA. If I recall, William Ferguson, aged gent, is found in the 1850c, Washington Co. VA and records indicate a son of Joel Ferguson. I also seem to recall that a John Hockett is listed in the PPTLs one year in 1780s or 1790's in Buckingham as residing with Joel Ferguson family. John V. Hockett, assumed from Buckingham, is in Washington Co. VA by 1804. Jack Hockett Tlas101@aol.com.
