Doubt if we are the same family but thought that it would not hurt to respond even if we have no info on the time period of your inquiry. Our Samuel Wiley is listed as born 1757 or 1759 in Cecil County, MD. However, Samuel's oldest son is named William. Everyone is (was) Presbyterian. Would love to know if there is a link./Bill
