I am seeking information about Pleasant W. Meredith and descendants, apparently born and married in Cumberland Co., VA, lived in Buckingham Co. from 1820-1880, was a substantial planter, and is listed on the mortality schedule of 1880.
I am descended from a Pleasant W. Meredith (1828-1865), born in VA, lived in Shelby Co., AL, moved to and died in Trinity Co., TX, and am looking for ancestors. Thanks for your help.
