Hi Joe,
The Isham Moss Family lived next door to Ishmael & Juliana Bailey in Buckingham County. We have a letter written in Nov 9 1839 from Juliana to "Her Dear Children" in Tennessee and she states that Isham Moss is living next door and is well. Ish & Juliana's son Reuben moved to Jackson County Tenn in 1834 as did John Moss and his family. We are searching for Julianas maiden name thinking she may have been a Moss and Isham was her brother. We need to compare notes & see if we can figure some of this out. At this point we believe Isham b. 1777 was John's (b. 1794) Uncle. I do not find a Thomas Moss B. 1820 in my tree.
