Posted by Debra Fay I found a document on the history of Todd County that states Willis Hardwick arrived there in 1817 from Buckingham County, Virginia. Others listed as arriving from Buckingham County were Charles Mann, Matthew Thompson, John M. Harns, and Joseph McBride. I don't know if they all arrived together or just during the same year. All were said to be of English descent.

I'm looking for information on Willis Hardwick, b. 14 Oct 1786 in Virginia, d. 11 Jan 1866 in Greene County, Illinois. He married Anna Scoggins on 18 Feb 1824 in Todd County, Kentucky. I need the names and biographical info for his parents and siblings.
