Do you know the wife or daughters of John Brodie? There is a "Jane Brodie" down in Wayne Co. NC, sole legatee and devisee of William Grant's will Nov. 1773. She is executor along with my ancestor Thomas Scott and later deeds land to Thomas Scott & brother Andrew Scott.
