Posted by David Hobbs Well, they lived near Gholsonville/Brunswick in Brunswick Co. The link to my Hobbs family was James Walton Hobbs who married Virginia Caroline Seward. James was the son of Willie Jones Hobbs, II. I believe both he and Virginia were born in 1856. He died in the 1890's of typhoid fever and she died in 1937. I will look to see if I have more of her relatives in my database.
