I am trying to find more information on one of my ancestors. James Fisher had a daughter Winifred who married Robert Crawley Lenoir and had grandson Fisher Lenoir (Lanore spelling in James' will). I would like to know if he also had sons and who his parents were. I found a James Fisher listed in 1798 Tax List so I assume he had a son named James.
I know he was alive in 1788 as he sold land to his daughter Winifred and her husband.
I have a copy of his will of 1779 but I think he wrote another will April 5, 1784 and died after 1788. There was an inventory of estate in 1792 and 1801.
