Will respond about the info just as quickly as sprint appears at my door, which is supposed to be tomorrow. We had to wait two weeks. Disgusting! However, we live in a rural area, and is the best we can do----at least we have the use of DSL on the Computer. That is when it works--- I am really happy to locate someone that is akin to the Hoods.
