New info to follow up on this info, Jessie C Cook's father was Isham Terry Cook, Both born in Surry Co Nc,Ishams fahter was Abel Zacharias Cook Born in Granville Co Nc, he married Agnes Clay hill after the death of his first wife Justin Simmons, Whom is believed to have died at childbirth, of Newel Cook, Abel's father was James Cook born in 1770 death in 1828 Surry Co Nc, Married Elizabeth Johnson, in Granville Co Nc, Jame's His father was John Cook born in Brunswick co Va, and death in Surry Co Nc, in 1804He was married to Mary McCusiston, John 's Father was Robert Cook and Mother, was MAry Coblar, who was thought to be in Caroline Co Va, before moving to Rowan< Surry Co, in 1760, Information can be found on Judy Cardwell site, Townfork Settlement, Execellent Site!! Now we need to link this Robert with his father Robert from Brunswick co VA, died in 1748, born around 1700"s, If anyone knows who this Roberts father was Please Let me know, I would appreciate it, Betty C
