The Peter you are talking about may not be William and Faith,s son.But they did have
a son name Peter who married Martha.
You have to be very careful when researching Peter Coleman.Because their were blace slaves with that name.The mobjack bay colemans were
large slave owners.
Our Colemans were not large slave owners.
They were very small slave owners.Some of them
did married into the families of large slave
owners.
My line had no slaves long before 1860.
