Thank you, thank you. I have looked for this for a long time. However, my GF name was John Peyton Overton born on August 29, 1840. He served in both the CSA and later in the Union Army. He married Rosa Ann Dolan in Cumberland MD in May 1866. You show him as John M in 1841. I did stop in Amelia County Courthouse in October 2006 and found a copy of Benjamin and Rebecca's wedding petition from April 1823.
