I would like to know the parents of William Kelly Seay born 1872 or 1874 in the Richmond Va. area. Was married to Georgie Goodman from Ky.but divorced. Children were William, Charles Robert, Flora (Elaine) and Thelma. He lived in Akron, Ohio, and West Va. where he died in 1941. He also lived in Va. but I don't know the years.
He worked as a coal miner.
