There are a lot of reasons this can be happening.
The moisture is coming from the air around you. How it's getting into your system is hard to determine without asking a few questions first
Have you replaced your hose recently?
If so is it longer?
Hot air holds more moisture than cold air and when hot air cools in a long airline the water will precipitate out. Try to keep your lines as short as possible....or only work in the desert.
It can also come out of the air through changes in air pressure (just like rain). If you have any air leaks it can cause precipitation in your line as well. Tape up all of your connections.
Do these things and then check back.
