Email confirmation of an order does NOT mean that ABA has seen that order. All it means is that your email service provider has got a confirmation from the shopping cart programes service provider.... . Neil Roth was contacted by someone in USA who said whats happening, cant email ABA, get no replys etc,,,, he told him to email me direct at my personal email,,, guess what,,,,, the email was sent direct to my SPAM box,,,,,, WHY ??????? >> some new,, small and local email addresses that are currently being used in USA are not being recoganised by other countries ISP, and are being classed as junk or spam. Even after getting an email in the junk or spam box, we try and send back a reply, it is sent back to us as undeliverable.

> It makes me personally feel bad when someone says on message boards that they have emailed and no response, or they have ordered their product today by Snail mail and want it yesterday by express same day jet plane.
