alas I cannot find my copy anywhere we did lose a laptop during our emigration so it may have been saved on that. NZ is great

Basically with regards the risk assessment you could split it into two categories: set up as one, and actions you take as another. Just hope how I described it made sense and does help - if you are ever asked to produce one it makes you look professional if you have it to hand. the only other thing is taking into account any variances between venues but that should be quite minimal I guess
