Hi Sirrell.
Hot pink looks like a "barbie pink" color.
Fluro pink will look a little washed out if you dont have a white base under it.
ALL the "fluro" colors will look better and brighter if they are over a white base.
BOTH pinks will glow under a black light.
Hope this helps a little.
