CO2 Regulator

Hi there Can you please recommend a CO2 regulator and supplier in Australia? I have been quoted $312.82 for a Comet 700 by BOC. They think this is their only regulator that can distribute low enough pressure. I'm a novice so need help please and that price seems way high.
