Tattoo cover up Help

Hi! I have a coustumer that need to cover a real tattoo on her legs for modeling. I never use before the fundation make up, will be able to cover the tattoo? She will need a touch up after some time?Her skin color is like cinamon,can I mix diferent fundations to match her skin color?
