Hi David,
if you let me know what name you ordered in I will look into this for you. I am the agent for airbrushbodyart but cant find an order for you. If you would like to contact me I would appreciate it. The ink we sell is not diluted at all, in fact it is quite thick.What makes it even more confusing is the fact that you are not uk based so would be easier to spot you on our system.
