Hi David,
I'm surprised and shocked by what you said. I have been buying from airbrushbodyart.co.uk for at least 5 years and find both the quality and service fantastic.
Perhaps you got a bad batch. It can happen and is no ones fault just one of those things. I have never had a problem with service either, and when I have had issues, have found them to be quite professional and they have bent over backwards to help me.
Sometimes when we are angry we hear things that aren't there?? Just a thought.
Anyway it's just my view, but I am more than happy with both their product and their service.
