OMG I cannot believe what just happened to me tonight! I just received my new airbrush face paint kit and have been playing with it since last night. (LOVE it by the way)
Anyway, tonight my cousin brought her kids over so I could paint them all up before heading out to the local haunted house.
I was just putting on the finishing touches on the very scary looking skeleton face when I reached for my large bottle of white paint. I was actually looking at my almost finished piece of work while I started to shake the bottle which I UNFORTUNATELY didn't realize didn't have the lid screwed on but instead just PLACED on top !
WELL ... imagine if you will the look of sheer horror as I am shaking this bottle which is POURING out all over my neck,chest,arms,lap,the floor ... then I looked at my cousin's son who was sitting directly in front of me.
Oh MY ... I had no words! The amount of white paint on this poor kids lap and new jacket could have airbrushed his entire body like Casper!!!
The kicker of it all is that I looked in my bottle and I now have (from a completely full bottle) about a tablespoon & a half left of the paint that I would use the most. I am painting up 29 kids on Friday for Halloween and a bunch of adults on Saturday and don't know HOW I am going to be able to do all this without WHITE !!!!!!
SO ... the moral of this story is MAKE SURE ALL YOUR PAINT LIDS ARE SCREWED ON TIGHTLY BEFORE YOU SHAKE THEM !!!!!
